I know that the mortgage Company or their underwriters are going to pull CREDIT, EMployment History, and federal taxes during this application proccess, but what else do they commonly "pull"

Do they have some sort of database that pulls bank accounts, previous employment, etc??

Thank for the info

there are more and more lenders delving deeper into borrowers' histories. they're using lexus/nexus and other search companies to determine all sorts of data. what you've cited is normal, but there won't be any pulling up of previous bank accounts, etc. in fact, bank data can only really be verified based on what you've provided and they'd need your express authorization for any of your banking institutions to provide information to a lender.
