Hi crystalbivens,

As far as I know, if you want to file bankruptcy Chapter 13, you should not have more than $922,975 in secured debts and $307,675 in unsecured debts. So, if both your secured and unsecured debts exceed this limit, you will not be allowed to file Chapter 13.
