My bank sent out a CD backed loan on my home by accident to a collection company, I filed chap 7 while the loan was owned by the collection company. Before that I asked the bank to bring the loan back to my bank and they said 'they could not because it was too late' the CD of $75k took care of 1/2 the loan they accussed me of being late on forgetting it was backed by cash. I cannot figure out how can the bank bring the loan back now and have the title on my property and not the collection company for it was suppossedly sold off to them by mistake. June 1st (I was in stay with chap 7) the collection company 3rd party pulls without my authorization $600.00 out of my account and they created a check and forged it with a name...the bank's lawyer's state 'no big deal' I think it is and it makes no sense that my loan was in 2 places at the same time .... HELP!

That's a pretty darn comprehensive situation and I have no idea how to offer suggestions that'd be helpful.
