fraudulent transfer?

Like 0 Dislike 0 My mortgage is only in my name but I added my husband to the deed several years ago. Took him off a year ago but now he has to file Chapter 7. Since the house was and is already protected under the deeded Homestead Act, is this a fraudulent transfer and should I just add him back on?
