What are the current front-end and back-end DTI guidelines(I live in Florida if that makes a difference)? Also, if all of my debt is front end and I do not have any back-end debt would I be able to exceed the the front-end limit?

spider, if your credit is sufficiently good and you lack other indebtedness, then you can typically find that situation would allow for an approval. it's hard to put into quantifying terms, because each case is going to be different, but i wouldn't be entirely surprised to find that a ratio at 40% or above would be adequate to achieve an automated underwriting approval (all else being equal).
