redneck Guest	Posted: Tue Jul 27, 2010 8:55 am    Post subject: cashout option Like 0 Dislike 0 I recently tried to obtain cashout mortgage everthing was fine until I told him a lived in a rural area. He stated I didnt qualify because I dont have available natural gas.. I have propane which if I'm not mistaken is a natural gas. I also have a septic system they said I had to have Municipal sewer.
