Hi,

As far as I know, as per New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, also known as DOBI, separate licenses are necessary for managing first and second mortgages.

Hi,

As far as I know, every lender in a state has to have a valid license in order to engage himself in the mortgage lending business.

Thanks,
