reverse/home equity line of credit in 55+ mobile home park?

I am looking for a home equity line of credit or a reverse mortgage for a mobile home in a very well kept mobile home community for seniors in Maine. I am 62+ years old with good credit and I have no mortgage. The home is worth $120,000. I need the loan for additional monthly income--I do not want a lump sum payment. Can you suggest any lenders who could provide such a loan?
