Guest	Posted: Thu Oct 14, 2010 8:34 am    Post subject: quit claim deed Like 0 Dislike 0 my husband divorced his ex-wife in 2007, in 2008 they did a quit claim deed(exempt). The bank called and said that she could not get financed for the loan. What legal rights does myhusband have?

If the property is in a community property state then certainly laws differ from state to state.For more precise answer if you could tell us the state where the property is located it would be lot easier for us to answer your query.
