Hi goodytruckgirl ,

Welcome to Mortgagefit,

If your ex has signed off the title then I do not find any reason for the children to come after new home. They can come after only if you have got the ancestral property from your husband's ancestors. But in this case the home is financed from your own money and thus I do not find any reason why your ex's children would come after your home.

You are protected.....do not worry.....

Feel free to ask any further query if you have.........

DIPA
