My Aunty gave me some property and signed over the deed, now her son wants the land back, what are my rights? please guide... can i hold that to me?
Please tell legal procedure..

Welcome sunil,

If the property deed includes your name as the owner of the property, then your aunt's son won't be able to claim that property from you. You're the owner of the property. If your aunt's son forces you, then you may take legal actions against him.
