I have $5K in cc debt, 5k personal loan and 6K in medical bills. I am behind in my bills. My monthly expenses are 3500 a month I make 70K I fell behind because of a very bad accident. I want to file bankrupcty. Would I file Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. I dont want to loose my home. Please advise what Chapter I should file

In order to file Chapter 7, you need to clear the Means Test. If you're unable to clear the test, then you will have to file Chapter 13. Thanks
