Mass eviction laws. When should we plan to vacate the premisses if auction date is June 13? Prior to that date or after?

Should we vacate prior to auction or will we be contacted by mail of an eviction date?

Hi Guest,

You can vacate the property after the auction. You will receive an eviction notice from the lender after the property is sold off. The eviction notice will mention the time period to leave the property. You will have to leave the property within that time period.
