if you have a home equity loan on yor home and file chapter 7 can the bank get yor house

This was in the bankruptcy but I said I was going to try and pay it off. But it's like I'm only paying $ 25.00 a month and i pay them like $130.00 a mnth

If you had included the home equity loan in your bankruptcy and got it discharged, then the lender won't come after you in order to recover it. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
