Ok, after a long uphill battle, we finally have a conditional loan approval from WFHM. Next up, final approval? I have not been given this information from our lender, but what documents are usually required? I see where they have pulled our credit scores again. What else can I expect?

Hi cocoabella,

You will have to provide them with your latest pay stubs, tax statements, employment history for the past 2 years, social security numbers, drivers license numbers, credit card numbers, records pertaining to current debts, etc.

Thanks

Your conditional approval ought to be in writing, and it ought to be explicit as to what the conditions of approval are and what is required to satisfy those conditions.

James' list is way too long...I'm sure you already gave them SS numbers, etc. but whatever it is they need to shore up everything, they'll advise you and once they receive what they need and sign off on those receipts, you ought to be issued a formal, final approval. After that, go to closing.
