Next up, final approval? I have not been given this information from our lender, but what documents are usually required? I see where they have pulled our credit scores again. What else can I expect?

James' list is way too long...I'm sure you already gave them SS numbers, etc. but whatever it is they need to shore up everything, they'll advise you and once they receive what they need and sign off on those receipts, you ought to be issued a formal, final approval.
