However I'd like to move it and put it on my fathers land. My lender won't let me move it and keep my same loan. Is there anyone or lender that would pick up my loan,and let me move it

Nevertheless, you should speak to the other local lenders and check out what they have to say in this regard. Thanks

My husband and I lived " where it is " for 15 years, and it's on 1/2 acre of land. Well, last year, June 25th 2010 my husband passed away unexpectedly. My father has 28 acres about 4 miles from where I live, and he wants me to move it, so I can be by my family. I'd rather sell it......but if I can't, I want to move it. That is why I was asking. Especially since we added a sunroom, double carport, storage room, and a workshop out back. BUT.... if I can't, I may end up having to move it.
