My grandfather left his property to his grandchildren the property is now in forclosure and I am trying to file chapter 13 to save it .Is that possible? My brother's gave me quickclaim deed's and I have the will showing that I am one of the air's of the property.

Welcome jygarland,

Is the mortgage in your name? If yes, then you will be able to include it in your bankruptcy filing. You should get a payment plan in that situation and pay off the debts and save the property.
