i would like to sighn over the house deeds to my wife she is allready on the deeds but i would like to sighn full owner ship over to her and i have a second home but that is in my name only and would like to sighn that over to her aswell many thanks lee

Hi lmroofing,

You can use two separate quitclaim deed forms and sign it in order to transfer both the properties to your wife. This will make her the sole owner of both the properties.
