Why do banks take so long to complete the recording of the deed? And they won't pay my loan extension fees. They won't give me a timeline or a reason for the delay.
Should I fork over the $ for the finance extension fees? (~$100/day)
Or wait it out until they record the deed?

thanks

Hi Guest,

I think you should contact your lender and ask him to take steps asap to record the deed. Once the deed is recorded, then you should make the payments.

Thanks
