I HAD A TIME SHARE THAT WAS INCLUDED IN A CHAPTER 13 THE PARENT CO. WHATS ME TO SIGN QUITCLAIM DEED. DO I STILL OWN THIS SHAR OR I'M I SIGNING BACK TO THEM

You have been discharged from the debt. Now, you can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property. The lender will sell off the property in order to recover the debts.
