Does the Moors/Marsden calculation apply from time of marriage till the filing of the dissolution or the trial date. I would like clarification on this matter

As far as I know, the Moore-Marsden calculation will apply from time of marriage till the filing of the dissolution. Nevertheless, it will be better if you could contact an attorney in this regard and take his opinion.
