Hello,
I have a situation with a VA purchase. The appraisal shows a utility pole that is metal and very large within distance of the house. The pole does have break off lines on the arm to stop from the entire pole from falling. However, it does appear that the home may be within the fall line. Is there still a way to do a VA purchase on the home?

Hi steph!

Welcome to forums!

Well... it will depend upon the lender whether or not he will give you a VA loan. You should contact the lender and apply for the loan. The lender will check out the property appraisal and let you know whether or not you can qualify for a mortgage.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
