can we quailfy for a home loan if my husband works thru a temp agency?

It will depend upon the lenders whether or not they will give you a loan. If you have a co-signer with good income and credit scores, then, I think, it will be easier for you to get a mortgage. You are able to use a co signer as long as the cosigner has enough income to support their debt as well as yours.
