Hi shonuff!

Welcome to forums!

If the bank decides to foreclose the property, then they should inform you about the foreclosure auction of the property. They cannot foreclose the property without informing you.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I don't think that it is even possible. They should inform you first before doing the foreclosure.

Notice is required in every case when a lender chooses to take such an action. It's not only unthinkable, it's unlawful to do it otherwise.
