680 score, need help with USDA loan, need expert help

Scores above 680. 20 years employed, 59k year nurse. After pulling tax returns our Debt to ratio went from 46% to 51% so we no longer qualify. In 2009 we showed 4k, 2010 showed 6k home business loss. All the losses were gas mileage. In January of 2010 we shut web site down and made no more money or loss from that point on. Everyone I talk to says the same thing, wait until 2012 that way can show business not on taxes. I cannot believe there is no other way to show business closed. As far as I can understand, I will have to agree with others that you need to wait till 2012 in order to show that the business is closed. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
