My mother has already signed paperwork at the county for my children to inherit her house, however she now has dementia and my brother is wanting to take her to add his sons to the home, what do I need to do to protect my childrens interests and to show with the dementia dx and me having power of attorney that she isn't capable of making this decision at this time.

In such a situation, I will suggest you to contact a real estate attorney and check out what steps you need to take to stop your brother. Thanks
