I am approved for the hamp- homeowners affordable mortgage plan and about to have the partial claim step 2 and modification step 3 on an existing primary loan with my mortgage servicer, so they will pull a title report. I am aware of judgements from my local court system for probation services dated 2007 and 2009 misdemeanors, a 2nd mortgage lien , and one state tax lien from 1999, can these judgements.liens disqualify me for the partial claim and modification which will put me in foreclosure if disqualified without options?

Hi kellyma!

Welcome to forums!

State tax lien may make it difficult for you to qualify for a loan modification. There are chances that the lender may ask you to pay off the tax lien in full before completing the loan modification process.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
