The house is bank owned and I know it was due to a divorce. One claimed bankrupcy and the wife hasn't yet done so. There was a loan through a bank that isn't being paid. Once both file bankrupcy, will the deed then be recorded? Thank you. Linda

Filing bankruptcy won't help in this regard.
