conniesmith03 Joined: 21 Aug 2011 Posts: 1 1.28 Dollars($)	Posted: Sun Aug 21, 2011 5:43 am    Post subject: whatn can i do Like 0 Dislike 0 the house is not in my name nor on the loan mortgage people wont talk to me because i am a 3 party. he passed away 6 yr a go and i have 2 kids we cant afford the house anymore wont to move . the only thing I have found out is name on deed . What will that mean.Please tell me what I can do with all of this.

I say that because as an owner, the lender will bring suit against you if they find it necessary to foreclose. Honestly, a HUD-approved counseling agency would be a good start for you...it's going to be a whole lot less expensive than hiring an attorney, and you'll get good, solid information. Check that out before you spend any extra money. Are you making payments now? You may want to cease doing so. _________________ George M.
