Hi mady!

Welcome to forums!

You were scammed into signing the deed. You shouldn't have signed the deed and transferred the property to someone else. Nevertheless, you should contact a real estate attorney and file a lawsuit against the person in order to reverse the quitclaim deed and get the property transferred in your name.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
