I have a 632 credit Score and I am trying to buy my first home. My father will be co-signing as a non-occupying co-borrower, he has 3 investment properties (one which I rent) and his primary residense. Any suggestions on where to appy for a loan?

Hi eserio!

Welcome to forums!

If your father has a good credit score, then you can contact the local conventional lenders and apply for a mortgage loan. This community has a large number of lenders and you can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them in order to get a loan.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

You won't be having a hard time to get approved with your loan application. You just have to get a mortgage broker and let them find you a good lender that can give you the best deal in the market.
