judgement is in my name only not my wifes, the car is titled in both our names could they take car nc is not community property state thanks

Welcome to forums!

As both of you are joint owners of the property, it will be difficult for your creditor to take away the car. Nevertheless, the creditor can always force you both to sell off the car in order to recover his debts.
