Our wells fargo loan was already in foreclosure when we filed , how long do we have now before we have to move. Generally with wells fargo financial, how long does it take before they officially evict us? I have an email set up thru Franklin County courts when the Sherrifs sale will happen, so we are notified for our 4-6 week move out.

The lender will have to send you an eviction notice after the property is foreclosed in order to officially evict you from the property. As you've already filed bankruptcy, the lender may have to put a stop on the foreclosure orders and have to wait till your bankruptcy gets discharged. Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
