In California, may the Trustor's successors use the right of redemption to regain property after a home improvement loan was foreclosed causing a huge windfall for the mortgagor. Notification Due dilligince may also be at question?

Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

I don't think the truster's successor will be able to use the right of redemption to regain the property. Nevertheless, the successors will have to speak to an attorney as well as the lender in this regard and take their opinion.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
