Is it necessary to record loan documents in the state where the actual property is & in another state where the loan company resides?

Hi themitermaster!

Welcome to forums!

I'm not sure whether or not you should record the deed in both the states but you should record the deed where the property is located. That will serve your purpose.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

So far, I haven't heard anything about recording loan documents in two state. Just ensure that you to record it to the actual property place.
