Bailey Guest	Posted: Thu Oct 13, 2011 12:48 am    Post subject: Loan in underwriting Like 0 Dislike 0 My mortgage file has now gone to underwriting. Lender said we should know something in 3-4 days. All inspections have been complete. I am just waiting on any possible conditions the underwriter may have. The lender told me that he does not see any issues and my file is really strong. Be positive and I'm sure you will be able to successfully close the loan. Thanks
