My mortgage file has now gone to underwriting. Lender said we should know something in 3-4 days. All inspections have been complete. I am just waiting on any possible conditions the underwriter may have. The lender told me that he does not see any issues and my file is really strong. Why does that make me worry?

Hi Bailey,

As the lender has told you that your file is good and he does not sees any issues with your file, you don't have to worry about anything. Be positive and I'm sure you will be able to successfully close the loan.

Thanks
