I own it with nothing owing on it. It is in a 55+ community (resident owned). I live in it for 6 months and 6 months in Canada. I do not own the land that my home sits on. Is it possible to find a loan for my needs.

You will be able to get a loan on your mobile home provided it is free and clear. You should contact the local mobile home loan lenders and apply for mortgage. If you meet the required criteria of the lender, then you may get a loan. However, in most cases, the lender will want you to own the land on which the property is located.
