I agree with you, credit score is what any lender looks at while considering your loan application. Planning correctly to manage the debts can help build a good score.

A respectable credit score is considered as 650 and above. and if you can keep your score near the 800 mark you are likely to get the best loan options available. But something close to 800 is real hard to achieve.
