You can add you aunt on the deed but you need to take confirmation from the lender on that. So have you contacted with the lender? Does you aunt have good credit and income history. If she has a good credit and employment history then she can be able to refinance with better rates and terms. Can you let us know about the interest rate of your present loan?. Best of luck, Larry
