Hi!

Welcome to forums!

To brenda,

You will have to use a quitclaim deed of the state where the timeshare property is located.

To Stanrock,

You're most welcome Stanrock Smile All the best to you as well.

We live in Oregon and are selling property in Nevada. Which state do we need to have the form from? Do you have a link for Oregon or Nevada?

Thanks you!

Hi Susan!

Welcome to forums!

If the property is located in Nevada, then you would require a quitclaim deed form of Nevada. Check out the following page to get a link to the quitclaim deed form of Nevada:
http://www.mortgagefit.com/predeal/quitclaim-stateforms-2.html#61900

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi Marilyn,

As far as I know, you will have to contact an attorney and get the form drafted by him.
