I just want to be sure of this. Which deed form (quitclaim, special warranty or general warranty) is used to add an individual to a deed? I am an adult and my mother wants to add my name to her deed. We do not want to remove her name, just add mine. She is the sole owner of the home, there is no mortage on the home. We live in Texas.

Thank you!
