Hi Karenea,

Welcome to Forums.

You will get sample quitclaim deed forms. But it is always better to draft the form from an attorney as the legal descriptions from vary from state to state. For sample forms you can check this link:
http://www.mortgagefit.com/predeal/quitclaim-stateforms.html

You will have to either purchase a South Carolina Quitclaim deed form online or get it drafted by an attorney

Thanks.

Thanks.

Any suggestions for a year 2000 divorcee whom was granted the privilage to quitclaim a timeshare in NC by a FL Judge? Is a FL or NC form required in this case?

Hi tampajoni!

If the property is located in NC, then you will require a NC quitclaim deed form.

Thanks

Hi PENNY!

While purchasing property, you can use the quitclaim deed to change the ownership of the property from the earlier owner to your name. However, as there will be exchange of money, it will be better if you can go in for a warranty deed.

Thanks.

Hi Meanbean!

You can find a sample quitclaim deed form in the given link:

However, for the final draft of the quitclaim deed, I would suggest you take the help of an attorney.

Thanks.

Does Wisconsin require the acceptance/signature by the grantee on a quit claim deed? City of Milwaukee if that makes any difference. Thanks!

Hi Chris Sobo,

As far as I know, grantee's signatures are required on a quitclaim deed in Wisconsin. This will make the document binding and legal in Wisconsin.

Thanks,

Jerry
