It's always better to get a quitclaim deed drafted by an attorney as the verbiage used on the deed changes as per situation and personal requirements. However, you can view some sample deeds on the below mentioned pages:

Hi byers nad Stacy,
You can find the sample forms in the following pages. However, It's better to get the deeds checked by an attorney before they are used, as the verbiage on the deed changes as per the situation.
You can view a sample quitclaim deed form for Virginia in the following link:
However, the language used on the deed varies as per different situations and personal needs. Thus it is advisable to get the sample form reviewed by an attorney before using it .

does any one have a quit claim deed form for Georgia
Will be adding my married children on the quitclaim. Do their spouses have any claim to the property if they should divorce or do they sign off on their rights?

Florida is a "dower rights" state. Dower Laws grant the surviving wife to use 1/3rd or more of her deceased husband's real property as long as she lives provided she did not sign the deed nor disclaim an interest in the property. If they sign a deed and disclaim the property, then they will not be able to claim any interest in the property.
To Nirmal,
