Hi martha,

You'll have to ask your husband to sign a quitclaim deed and include your name in the property deed. He can take the help of the sample quitclaim deed forms available online or can also contact an attorney and let him draft the quitclaim deed. Once the deed is filled out, it needs to be notarized and recorded.

Thanks

Hi Natalya

As far as I know, you won't be getting a free quitclaim deed form for Rhode Island online. However, you can check out the given link:
"uslegalforms.com/deedforms/rhode-island-deed-forms.htm"

You'll have to download the form from this link.

Thanks.

Hi Beverly,

As far as I know, free quitclaim deed forms for Arkansas are not available online. You should contact a real estate attorney and get the quitclaim deed drafted from him.

Thanks
