Good Evening,
California always seems to have different rules because their hand is always out for fee's and fines. Is there anything special I should know about. Thanks you. Blessings
It's true that the laws of California are quite different from one another. As far as a quitclaim deed is concerned, the grantor needs to sign the quitclaim deed and then notarize and record the deed. The stamp doc fees, the recording fees etc are more or less the same. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial sucess

If I want to get rid of my timeshare in Orlando, FL, (back to the company) I need to file a Quit Claim deed. Is that correct? Any other form I need? Thanks for your help.

what if you lived in Arkansas but the property is in Colorado. Which form would you use?
You would require a quitclaim deed form of Florida in order to transfer the property back to the resort. You can contact an attorney and he may draft the deed for you.
To Rhonda,
You will have to use a quitclaim deed form of Colorado as the property is located in Colorado.
Thanks
