Why would a husband want to quitclaim a house only into his wides name.? What could the benefit be to this?

Hi Guest,

If the husband quitclaims the property to his wife, then the wife will become the sole owner of the property. Moreover, the husband's creditors won't be able to come after that property as it will not remain in his name any further.
