16 years ago i had real bad credit but wanted to buy a house so i put it in my boyfriends name i put 22,000 down on it and after closing my boyfriend survivor quitclaimed it to me. well things r not going well between us can he just kick me out now, we have one child who is 15.

Hi donnao,

If your name is on the property deed, then you will have ownership rights on the property. No one can throw you out of the property. If your boyfriend has done so, you can take legal actions against him.
