Guest	Posted: Sun Mar 13, 2011 1:08 pm    Post subject: survivor quitclaim deed(PLEASE HELP) Like 0 Dislike 0 16 years ago i had real bad credit but wanted to buy a house so i put it in my boyfriends name i put 22,000 down on it and after closing my boyfriend survivor quitclaimed it to me. well things r not going well between us can he just kick me out now, we have one child who is 15.
