satinhands6703 Joined: 14 Sep 2010 Posts: 1 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Tue Sep 14, 2010 7:14 pm    Post subject: Division of Property/House Like 0 Dislike 0 What happens when two people purchased a home through currently known as UDSA formly FHA and one leaves because of spousal abuse and the other says the house belongs to them...And runs the other off. Whats in case of one who forced the other out dies. I mean what then happens to the property and both names are still on the property? Can the desease fix it where his/her family assumes responsibility for the property?

This will make the person sole owner of the property. Thanks
