Like 0 Dislike 0 My aunts mother did an agreement with builder for there land devalopment giving alotment letter accepting advance money on behalf of one year limit to paid remaining money by builder. But within 3 year builder could not give remaining money and aunts mother passed away. Being nominy aunt called builder for non-objection to sell land to another party but builder asked for advance money and expences money done by him. What should i do?

I am not sure if I understand this part of question clearly. Can you clarify a little more about this situation? A lot will depend on the terms of the agreement that your aunt's mother signed. Your aunt can talk to a lawyer and get the agreement reviewed by him. In case the builder is violating the terms of the agreement, you can take legal action against him.
