jeanjcb2 Joined: 20 Nov 2010 Posts: 2 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Sat Nov 20, 2010 5:00 pm    Post subject: lien on my condo Like 0 Dislike 0 I have a lien on my condo which I paid cash for last year for unpaid association dues, can I pay the attorney collecting for the HOa. I sold the condo and should close in about 10 days and thought I would just pay them then because the buyer is paying me cash, I got letter today saying they have a lien on it now. Thank You The said they will forclose on the lien also.
